We went hajj this year with Mufti Jameel, he was an amazing agent. He tried his level best to make sure whatever was in his power was dealt with efficiently. He was always asking if we was ok, hes a kind soul with a good sense of humour. The group ziyaraaths were also very good. I would definitely recommend approaching Mufti Jameel for Hajj and Umrah.

My family had gone for Umrah as first time visitors being promised a guide tourist and Ziyrats in Mecca and Madina. With continuous calls being made to me complaining about the lack of knowledge and how they were having to do things themselves with asking other groups about relevant information to get there Umrah done. They was different stories from the agent as other agents were saying things should of been in a certain method etc I would totally avoid this travel agent and would recommend everyone to go and perform Umrah and Hajj with other travel agents. All I can say is Allah is our witness and may he protect us from lies and fake promises
