Tom is a breath of fresh air. Was fed up with being robbed by other garages/mechanics. Tom is clearly very knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. He is always very polite and courteous and takes the time to explain everything to you. As other people have mentioned he does exactly what he says he will do and you feel confident leaving your vehicle with him. Tom is also very competitively priced. Tom is a fantastic mechanic who always delivers a speedy,thorough and competetively priced service. I've used many garages over my time and Tom is the only one I would want to use now as he always goes out of his way to help and makes me feel confident in his work. Us ladies often are made to feel stupid when visiting garages and also uncomfortable as we don't always know what we are being charged for . Tom was recommended by a family member. We thought our beloved C-Max had so many problems that it would be uneconomical to repair. Tom had it for an hour, then called me explaining exactly what was wrong, what he was able to do and how much it would all cost. I was pleasantly surprised. We have finally found a proper mechanic that can actually repair things rather than a fitter who just fits new parts all the time. Tom had the car all fixed and delivered it to my place of work by the end of the day. Amazing service at a very reasonable price. We can not thank him or recommend his services enough.

Wow! Tom was recommended to me by a friend after I received a higher than expected quote from a different garage and I am so grateful that he did. Tom was reliable, talked me through every process needed and was able to offer me a much better price. As a female, going to mechanics I have often felt patronised and have left not knowing what has actually been done to my car but Tom explained everything so well. I am so greatful to Tom for the work he has done on my car. We were in a difficult situation and urgently needed the repair doing so that we could get home to wales after breaking down when visiting family. I Have been using Tom for quite some time now.
All my vehicles are serviced and repaired by him.
For a young man his knowledge and expertise is absolutely second to none. Having started working on vehicles while barely into secondary school his work ethic is exceptional.
The gearbox on my work van went recently, it was picked up and delivered to Tom by the AA in the morning.
By the afternoon I had the van back with a replacement gearbox.
My son in law and my son both use Tom as well and all of us could not recommend him more highly.
