I was very happy with the work done which was a DPF clean, my dashboard is no longer lite up like a Christmas tree. Lewis was efficient and polite. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately he was very later, now I understand issues can arise, but the issue I have is that if your going to be late then please inform your customer, not wait for the customer to chase you!

I thought the premium package to clean my DPF was a little pricey until I received the top service! Everyone I spoke to on the phone were polite and efficient. The mechanic, Lewis, who explained thoroughly and fulfilled the service also helped me via mobile after he had left to solve a problem my car computer was having. Absolute 5 star service, very happy customer!

Lewis came out this morning to fix our blocked dpf and he was quick and did an awesome job for us and let us know of other problems he found whilst doing so.
Definitely recommend and will get him back out to do the other bits on the car

Used DPF specialist to clean my DPF out on my diesel car. Fast and helpful! Lewis from South west region was super helpful.

Only issue was a miscommunication from head office to Lewis. He arrived at my home address rather than my work place. But followed me over to my work no issues.

Let’s see if DPF flags up again, but if not then I’d recommend👍🏻

I called on Tuesday and they arranged for a technician to visit my home on Thursday morning very quick response on Thursday lewis rang to say he was on his way he arrived bang on time was very efficient explaining every thing he was doing and answered all my questions. I would have no doubts about recommend recommending them and once again thank you lewis

Awful company. Don’t expect the warranty being honoured by them. They will only come out if you’re paying for a job.
Booked in for a DPF Premium clean which includes 120 days warranty. Cleaned and was advised to get the adblue injector changed by them or it would void the warranty. Had the Adblue injector done by them a couple weeks later. (after speaking to a couple mechanics they should have cleared the old one off when cleaning the DPF but I wasn’t to know) a couple weeks after that I had the dreaded DPF full again and car in limp mode. Auto assist group are claiming it’s not under warranty as it has an underlying issue even after diagnosing and changing the adblue injector. They’ve got incompetent mechanics who diagnose the issue wrong and are trying to scam people in having multiple parts changed with them. Avoid and go elsewhere to save money.

Arrived minutes before 8am, which was perfect for my schedule today. A very friendly and helpful guy, found some underlying issues I had within the engine and spoke through them with me before he gave the DPF a big clean and cleared the blockage I had building up.

Customer service was great too, very friendly.

I will be calling soon to arrange a follow up to repair my sensors. I'll definitely be using them again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

I took my van in for a dpf removal and clean , the advert tell you that it will come back practically new , I collected my van it seemed noisier than usual, I was told that it because my exhaust was clear now …. It got louder and I could smell fumes and all the warning light come on again , I took it back , they said they sorted the problem, then after another few hundred miles the warning light come on again , this time they charged me another £600 because a gasket had gone , another 400 odd miles , lights on again , this time I took it to another garage , who’s diagnostics told me my dpf was 68% full and hasn’t been cleaned , I took it back to auto assist who had it for 3 days ,this time I think they actually removed it and cleaned it , I struggled for 3 months with my vehicle because they never did what they said , I wish would of avoided this company, I really don’t believe they did what they said , I think they charged me for removal of the dpf in the first instance but cleaned it Cutting corners , if you do use them make sure they do what they say £1500 they had off me and I believe that most of it was unnecessary if they would of done what they charged me for in the first place I’d be happy to remove this review if you offer me some sort of refund has I had to get the work that auto assist should of done elsewhere, then a month ago I got a letter threatening to sue me for £5000 and counting, i early died laughing , the audacity to say that my review was false , I told them on no uncertain terms that I would be happy to go to court . I give them the details of my solicitor, showed him the correspondence, and they even called me a extortionist !!! I was totally ready for my day in court , shame auto assist again were misleading, I definitely would not use this company . Jokers…..I recently had my engine removed , could believe the my DPF had a hole cut in it and was welded up , and the gasket that they said they replaced was bodged with a substance , never removed , appalling workmanship and awful liars , I have the photos to prove it - if you ever want to have a day in court I’m well and truly prepared- chancers!!! No wonder you didn’t want to replace it , I have a photo of the threatening letter but it won’t let me post it
