We stayed in the birches over the Easter weekend and had the most amazing time, celebrating my son’s 30th birthday!

We arrived to a little welcome basket for us and one for the children. Which was a lovely thought!

The house was beautiful from top to bottom, the bedrooms each with their own bathroom, were perfect and the living space large enough for us all.
It was well equipped with plenty of everything and more, I don’t think there was anything we wanted, that it didn’t have.

The weather was beautiful and we made full use of the garden space, we even managed a BBQ and an easter egg hunt. And the whole family enjoyed the swim spa, which was plenty big enough for all 9 of us!

Definitely planning to return again in the future 😍

Stayed here last week and it was a dream. Barn was beautiful and spacious - had everything you could need and more. Hot tub was amazing! The owners couldn't have been more helpful when we contacted them to sort something. We are already looking at booking again, such a lovely place!

Lovely properties in a super setting overlooking open countryside. We had the “Willows “ house for 9 of us and it was excellent, well equipped and maintained. 5 bedrooms all en suite with an extra downstairs toilet and family bathroom upstairs.
Great hot tub big enough for all of us, couldn’t get the kids out!
All in all a great experience handily placed for Lincoln, local parks, museums etc.
Last but not least very friendly and helpful staff.

Having visited Ashlin Farm Barns twice now we are absolutely hooked! Already booked again for next year. The barns are stunning inside and out, brilliantly maintained and well equipped with helpful and attentive staff. It’s really private, and you really can escape the world for a few days here. It really is a peaceful and relaxing break.

Our group ranged from ages 93 years to 9 months and everyone had an amazing time. The kids have had some lovely wholesome quality family time. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had an excellent stay at Ashlyn Farm Barnes, Lincoln.
The property was a WOW!
It’s beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and well thought out, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The location is perfect — close enough to explore Lincoln but tucked away for a tranquil countryside experience. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive.
We would happily return and highly recommend Ashlyn Farm Barns to anyone looking for a charming, high-quality stay.
Natalie was extra special and her staff does her proud.
It will be extra special in our hearts and the beautiful memories to keep.

Just Spent 2 nights here with Family, 16 us us ranging from 11 years to 87 years.
One word amazing !!!
We all had so much fun from Cocktails, ba-be-ques, but most of all the Swim up hot tub, enjoyed by all,
The weather couldn't have been better.
Rooms are beautiful, en-suites in all.
Kitchen, had everything you needed plenty of crockery & glasses.
Lovely fluffy towels & dressing gown, even supplied slippers.
We will be returning 😃

Stayed here June 2025 with 4 other friends. The property was just stunning in a wonderful setting. Facilities at the site and property alike were first class. I really could not rate this stay any higher, sadly I didn't take more pictures.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pines at Ashlin Farm Barns, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally kind and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Their friendliness truly set the tone for our entire stay, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experiences.

The barn itself was a delight. Immaculately clean and beautifully designed, it offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay both cozy and enjoyable. The quality of the barn exceeded our expectations, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration - especially the Swim Spa which was cleaned/checked twice daily.

One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic location. The farm is perfectly situated for easy access to Lincoln, where we enjoyed exploring the historic sites and vibrant local culture. Additionally, the surrounding countryside offered an array of stunning walks (Coop Woods is a must), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the area.

Overall, our experience at The Pines at Ashlin Farm Barns was outstanding. The combination of warm hospitality, exceptional quality, and a prime location makes this a must-visit destination. We look forward to returning in the future!
