Asda is a budget friendly supermarket. Groceries, vegetables, clothing, meat, fish, household items and freshly baked bakery items are available at Asda. Asda sells electric and electronic items as well. Friendly staff, but some of the customer desk staff behaviour is rude. When asked to return the item, when they started murmuring themselves.

Hi I want to share my experience. I ordered user eats 5 items this evening. 4 were delivered and I was charged for 5. MATT was really helpful on the phone and sorted it all out so that I could come and collect the missing item from the shop. I am very grateful to him as it made my evening 5 stars to asda and 1 star to user eats. Thanks matt

I’m not going to shop at this Asda anymore, every time I try there are always people without blue badges parked in the disabled bays. I tried to shop here a week ago and I couldn’t get a space. There was a few cars without a blue badge parked in the disabled bays and one of those had people sitting in it eating lunch, no blue badge on display. Start issuing fines to these people, there’s no excuse.

Wisbech store has been awful recently I've been a customer for years and now will have to shop elsewhere.
Each shop online has had lots of substitutes that are unsuitable not dairy free ect aswell as being given out of date chicken! the latest disappointment was that they knocked on the door to tell us our shopping wasn't on the van so we went to the store to collect it to be told it was missing the order was cancelled and now have to wait almost a week for a refund!! Ridiculously incompetent

Visited this store for the first time as we were stopping not far away for a few days, as we needed certain yoghurt that Asda only seem to stock. Whilst there, we decided to get a few more items, sad to say the bananas were few on display and very poor quality, the choice of cold meats were poor, and what was available should have been sent back to the supplier. We used the scan n go and were able to get through with ease, gave 2 Stars as that and the carpark were well kept. Think it will be a visit to Morrisons, next time, if we need anything.

Having visited Asda Wisbech, for the first time in many months, I was appalled firstly by customer service or in this case lack of. 2no member of staff on hand but only 1 serving, with the other one taking no notice of the queue building to 7 persons, and just filling the shelves. Moving on to the actual shopping experience, this was equally dire and with numerous accidents waiting to happen regarding trip hazards as well as possible collisions with pallets left in the aisles, and wire cages full of wrapping left literally anywhere, frail and or partially sighted customers colliding with said objects does not bare thinking about. Lastly the stock availability and quality was to say the least, suspect. I do hope someone in senior management gets to read or at least hear of this, because the outcome would be interesting to say the least.
Steve Green a very disgruntled customer
