The worst experience ever.
We booked our flight tickets through them in October. Our flight was cancelled in November. But Arya travel even didn't bother themselves to inform us about flight cancellation!!! And we still can't get our money back! They are simply choosing to ignore our emails.

I requested to apply for iranian visa, i had the worst customer experience. The name of the worker was Aryan and he agreed to do the work, as soon as I sent the documents, he did not respond and wasted my time for 2 days even though he knew it was an emergency. If you dont want ur time wasted, do not contact this business.

It was a stressful experience trying to talk to the sales lady. It appeared that she had been thrown at the deep end. Confused, dealing with other phone calls while talking to me, getting the name wrong etc. It reminded me of carry on movie where the hotel manager was also receptionist. Cook, plumber etc and was making an absolute hash of it!. Eventually bought the ticket for my wife but had to cancel it after couple of weeks, due to significant increase in the number of Coronavirus infections in Iran. Cancellation was straight forward but getting the refund minus the cancellation penalty and the agency fee was an absolute pain. Sent the bank details via WhatsApp as requested by this confused lady but no payment was made and eventually after two weeks and many stressful phone calls, the refund was received. I would never go to this agency again. Life is too short and I don’t want it to be made shorter by this agency!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Avoid this travel agency at all cost.
Very rude, chicky and unprofessional service. Once you have paid them they do not want to know you. They did not inform me of the flight cancellation, I have been chasing them for 3 months to take my money back and still waiting. They should NOT be in business. Very frustrating firm to deal with.

A miracle worker, no less.

I am a British citizen and Sepideh organised my visa authorisation code in a record time of less than two weeks (all during a pandemic).

I had contacted (as most tourists do) several travel agents based in Iran. Over many months, many of them tried and failed to secure me a visa. Thanks to Sepideh's contacts in Iran and her working with the best agencies on the ground, I was able to secure a visa very quickly, with minimal hassle.

I am starting to sound like an advert, but I really did wish I did not bother with the (yes, cheaper) Irani agencies and went straight to Sepideh. I would've saved a lot of money and a lot of time.

I will say, however, that this is a small company, so you do have to be patient. But if you're able to explain clearly what you want and when you need it by, Sepideh really does do her best to make it work. It is better to call the agency directly instead of emailing.

I also booked my Iran Air flight tickets through Arya. Quick tip for the less aware - the prices for Iran Air are NOT the extortionate ones on Skyscanner. It seems like they have cheaper tickets which only agencies are able to access. The tickets are about £200 more expensive than Turkish/Qatar but that's not too bad for a direct route, with 40kg allowance and the experience of a completely new airline. I haven't flown out, but Sepideh has done a very good job of keeping me updated and providing handy tips.

Now, let's see how quickly the Embassy grants the visa!
