I would give this company no stars if I could. Have repeatedly been let down over several times of trying to hire a car for resident use. The drivers are mostly unhelpful and whenever you need someone on the phone, they don't answer! They don't seem to care that people make appointments and rely on them to turn up on time!

I have had to use a taxi quite a few times over the last week and chose this company on the first day. A very efficient company. I like the texts that tell you the cabs on it's way. They are on time, clean cabs and very pleasant drivers.
And I was so impressed I have used them each time. Tonight my husband couldn't find his mobile when we got home. They had found it in the car and returned it. I highly recommend them.

Brilliant service. Called for a taxi for my family who were on holiday. They had tried several taxis to no avail. I rang you taxi arrived in two minutes. Very good driver and brilliant service.

Great service but with a misleading app that indicates cars are available within times they are not. Booking via the app did result in a very friendly callback from HQ though to organise things properly.

A very reliable service, came on time as I pre-booked. Very polite, chatty drivers. Thank you Graham (who helped me to download the company app on my phone this evening) and I believe it was Paul (this morning). I will definitely be using this firm in future when in the area.
