We had a wonderful experience at the distillery today. Julie was such a great and knowledgeable host. The tour is relaxed and feels very personal due to size of the groups.

The distillery is beautiful, the setting is breathtaking and the tour is brilliant.

Great value for money with a dram and a glass to take home.

Popped in here on passing, I didn't have time for a tour so can't comment on that.
The staff in the reception were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Happy to let me try a wee dram (though they could probably tell that would lead to a sale 😉)
For a small & remote distillery it was very well presented with plenty of history and information to keep you occupied.

We had the chance to visit this remote distillery after planning our trip for quite some time, and it turned out to be a very interesting and enjoyable experience. My wife and I have already toured several distilleries in the past, but this one felt new and different, thanks to its innovative approach and strong commitment to the environment.

The tour itself was well organized and included a tasting, which we really enjoyed. However, it would have been nice to also have a dedicated bar area where visitors could sample additional whiskies, especially distillery exclusives. The shop, although welcoming, was missing a few bottles due to supply issues.

Overall, the visit was truly worthwhile and we greatly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the staff.

Lovely people who work there. My husband had a tour at 14:00 for £15 only! It would have been 45 minutes but he was the only one and they didn’t had anyone at 15:00 so the tour was a bit longer. He even got a small whisky glass with their logo and he had to taste it. He than poured is own whisky which was only £50. At many known brands it costs £120! An amazing place to stop by!

Went tradition meets modernity. Had a wonderful tour thanks to Caren. It's very interesting to see how a recent distillery is following up rather old ways of making whisky, making a wonderful single malt in the end!

Not only is this one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland discovering a distillery in the middle of this paradise was an absolute delight.

It’s not just about the stunning views either the moment you try the whisky, you truly understand where the real beauty lies. Whisky is full of character, just like the landscape around it.

The staff were incredibly kind, genuinely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They felt like part of the magic that makes this place so special.

Highly recommended whether you’re a whisky fan or just want to experience something unique in one of the most breathtaking corners of Scotland.

This is a young distillery owned by Adelphi and doing lots of experiments with different cask maturation. Whiskeys are still young, but some of them already very good. Distillers editions are particularly good with vanilla, raisins, and Christmas cake nose palate and complicated taste. The 2024 edition is also slightly peated. The distillery tours are very good and gift shop is modern and large. The tasting room and a bar is upstairs. Sampling is available free of charge.
