Had 2 night stay for family party close to Ardingly. The hosts, Wendy & Lindon made us feel very welcome. Our top floor room was very clean and comfortable with lovely views from the windows. Breakfast was gorgeous, such a variety to choose from. Full English,cereals,home made jam,honey, fruit, little sprigs of lavender in the butter gave it that “ extra special” touch that made you feel that they’ve gone out of their way to make things right. We would certainly stay here again.

We spent two days with our two children; Wendy and Lindon were welcoming and very friendly. the rooms are traditional and modern at the same time, with high quality finishes and linen. Never slept so well !! the mattresses are 5-star. Great breakfast with homemade delicacies like honey and jams .. the children did not want to go home! excellent accommodation for a stay in the beautiful Sussex oak woods

Me and my son stayed for a week at Wendy & Lindon and we honestly couldn't have felt more welcome anywhere in the world. They are an amazing pair of hosts who really take care of their clients and make them feel like home. We felt like we were family! ||The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the food was brilliant. Thank you again, Lindon and Wendy, for an amazing week in England. Love from Romania!

This is the most fabulous B and B. Wendy and Lindon are amazing hosts, the room (the en suite) was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with Wendy's home produced honey the clear star of the show. A real gem of a find.

A very warm welcome from Wendy and Lindon. A comfy, exceptionally clean room. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast with warm homemade bread. Often work in the area so will be returning without a doubt !

We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Linden and Wendy. We had a wonderful cooked to order breakfast accompanied by homemade jams and honey and the flapjacks were much appreciated. Absolutely first class.

Stayed with Wendy for a quick overnight with two work colleagues..lovely homely atmosphere, great breakfast by the amazing Wendy, great conversation, lovely home made bread and honey..what’s not to like? Will be staying for longer in the summer..thanks for being very warm and welcoming!
