Astounding customer service, was able to book us diffrent flights to costa rica after American airlines would not help us out after delaying our flights for 6hrs and then canceling, then only able to put us on the next flight out 3 days later. She immediately got on the phone and was able to book us a diffrent airline in less than 30minutes and got us on our way to costa rica. Some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of receiving. Wish I could give 6 stars. She planned us a 9 day and 8 night vacation that was absolutely spectacular. La fortuna was where the first resort we stayed at that had a great view of the volcano. Horse back riding and hiking were planned for us with natural hot springs back at the resort to relax in. Second resort was in monte verde, amazing daytime and nighttime tour guides. Got to see some awesome animals. Third resort was by far the best one in manual antonio. Zip lining and repelling were planned for us and it was the best time I've had in years. The beach was breathtaking, and at the end of the day there were 5 diffrent pools to choose from with an adult only hot tub and pool at the top of the resort overlooking the Pacific. Great food, great people, great time. 11/10

Jade was great through the entire process of planning our honeymoon. From helping us decide and give us great options to choose from and the flexibility of when to go to booking the trip and providing us with all the details we need leading up to the trip. She was very responsive to any of my questions I had in preparing for the trip and I truly could not have asked for a more personable experience for us!! We cannot recommend Jade enough and will definitely be using her again!!

Jade booked us an awesome all inclusive trip to Jamaica! We stayed at iberostar rose hall beach resort and it was great! Food was great and location good. Plenty of things to participate in at resort if you choose too. She was very helpful with the everything and did all the details and planning for us. Will definitely be using arden adventures again!

From the very first phone meeting to two weeks after my trip was complete, Jade was the consummate professional!

My family enjoys traveling and I normally enjoy putting together itineraries for our trips, but this time I decided to use a travel agent for our Costa Rica trip since it was a bit overwhelming to plan. I met Jade in a travel group and reached out to her for an initial meeting.

I am a Type A person, so I wasn't sure if I would enjoy having someone else planning my trip, but Jade made sure to ask about all my family's likes and dislikes and interests and then compiled an itinerary that was tailored perfectly for my family!

Jade stayed in constant contact throughout the process, answered ALL my questions, and triple checked all the details, and the result was a flawless trip! From the transport, to the hotels, to the tours, everything ran 100% smoothly and that is a credit to Jade!

She followed up periodically during the trip to make sure everything was going well, and even after I got back, she called to get my feedback on everything we had done. I was very impressed by this level of involvement!

I appreciated Jade's services so much that I am hoping to be able to use her for upcoming trips this year and next, to Greece and Vietnam! She has now become my official travel agent! LOL
