Great service every time I’ve come in here with my boyfriend. I believe the staff work with commission, but regardless they’re always friendly, knowledgeable of stock and helpful in showing alternative styles, colours and sizes. Nice atmosphere in store too.

Took my Beta AR jacket here for service and was not disappointed. It came back like new! Washed and the zipper head changed. I was very pleased. The man who worked in the service department downstairs was very friendly, thorough, and informative.

Extremely slow and even worse - they are arrogant. Horrible service. Promised gear replacement to be delivered within two days. It has been a month and there’s no sign of a replacement. The one in stock was sold to someone else. The last one in stock is pending shipment for 2 weeks. When you call them to remind that they said it will be fast, they have the audacity to reply that “yes, this is fast”. Obviously they can’t even return the old gear they kept in exchange for a replacement. 🤡

Really amazing shopping experience. I ended up going to both London stores and I loved this one so much more. The products are very pricey but I have owned a lot of their stuff for years and really like it. The best quality you can get in clothing.

This company is FIRST CLASS. I brought my down coat in for repair, which they did and washed it completly free of charge.

They could not have been more helpful, so cheers to the two gentlemen working in the service department, you are top drawer.

I recently used the ReBird service at the Covent Garden store, located on the lower floor, and I was genuinely impressed! They repaired one of my mid-layers on the spot, so I could walk away with it the same day. They also sent off my well-worn shell jacket for more extensive repairs. When it came back, they had replaced the zip, reproofed it, and even reprinted the logo—all at no cost! Top service.
