Highly recommend.
Dean’s valuation was higher than two other local estate agents who valued our property, but he inspired confidence that we could achieve the higher price.
FACT: We did.
Sale agreed ✅ — then the stress can really begin! But not with Arc.
Angela Cottam from their Sales Progression team deserves a special mention. Her communication was excellent and proactive throughout, and she showed real tenacity in resolving potential issues before they had the chance to escalate.
I’ve used a number of other local estate agents for previous house sales — but I won’t be doing that again!

I have used Arc Home's services twice within a 13 month duration. Both times, our homes had many viewers in the first week of being put on the market and both sold within one week. The team are friendly but extremely professional and at hand at all times throughout the sale. Angela is great and guides you through offering reassurance.
