It was simple to book. Excellent. communication from my phone call to confirmation. The car was clean and an excellent cheerful driver. And good value, not just monetary but I didn't have to waste valuable time waiting for a bus to get to the hospital. Please pass on my thanks to the driver.

Did not show up for an airport trip booked three days in advance. Called to ask where the driver was. No apologies, no excuses.

Update...finally arrived one hour late. Obviously the booking was lost. Very difficult to speak to a real person. The person clearly was not being honest about the situation.

The driver who came was great...got to the airport in good time.

Would have given 5⭐️ if not for the fact that again I was asked to pay upfront when I told the driver it was a round trip. Over the 20yrs I used Aqua I never gave them the slightest reason for complaint but I keep getting without fail: the man today was polite and asked only for part of it upfront and then accommodate a further request with good grace to make up for any bad feeling due to this; nothing much, after taking and dropping me off at the recorded destination I stopped at a shop on the way then straight home, he even waited for me at the next left with me out of sight. So despite the initial graceless gesture he kind of redeemed himself.

But I had no such luck with other drivers who take a look at me and decide I’m not to be trusted even though they never saw me before in their whole lives. From barely polite requests to downright rude demands for payment upfront and refusal to take card, cash only. I don’t know if it’s my old inexpensive unfashionable clothes and simple appearance.

Until recently I simply booked it on my phone as I like to keep my apps to a minimum but was advised to download yours as it would create a profile they could see and check the client’s history and know I’m good.
So I downloaded it but when I tried to create a profile it wouldn’t accept my debit card (it says “credit card”) and no getting around it. I remain a virtual unknown though I’m an old client.

It’s annoying and demeaning as I’m made to feel like a dishonest person. So today’s guy gets 4 ⭐️; past drivers get 1 and even 0. The previous driver is great, he gets a 5

Was very concerned that the driver was using his mobile ( in the holder ) whilst driving up the road. Once we got close to the destination he started looking for something which ended up to being the card reader. he entered the price on his phone and pointed the card reader to me to pay. He was at all times still driving. I said to him to stop and I’ll pay when it’s safe to do so but he told me that it was fine and as long as he was not holding his phone it was all safe. Throughout the whole journey I felt unsafe and that he was not concentrating on the road at all. My concern is that from my home to the destination was only a few minutes. Surely just park and sort it then.
