Fantastic trip with Applegates to Cologne. Not only a 5 star coach but 5 star driver and courier as well. Great job Steve and Sigi. The choice of Hotel was excellent and the journey was smooth and trouble free. Sit back and relax. Tea, coffee service provided by Sigi was great as well on the journey.

my daughter that goes on these buses to school she didn’t come home till half 4 when the bus is meant to come at 3.10 but came at 5 to 4 there’s a bald man when they get up to get off at school he breaks really hard and leases to them falling over and can be really dangerous the same guy shouts inappropriate stuff to people that are in his way such as swears and spiteful comments to kids/grown adults and even disabled people i know people have already reported this but just for everyone’s sake i am saying this

Really good day. Nice local firm and very reasonable £17 return
Cheaper than driving your car.
Lovely day out and pick up on seafront at 5pm everyone on time.

A trip to Bath with my wife to do some shopping! My day was salvaged by being lucky enough to have Mavis as our driver.His comments were great fun and kept us informed throughout the journey. My first experience but not my last particularly if Mavis is at the helm.

Dreadful Customer service now sadly. Emails not answered, only informed of a cancelled day trip to Blenheim Palace when i phoned them 8 days before the trip was due to go. No apology, no regrets, just told it wasn’t their fault and the trip would go ahead maybe next year! Funnily enough i couldn’t book with any other company as their trips were all full? Perhaps Applegates need to look at their Sales & Marketing too?
Differing dates for trips published too.
Not a Company i will deal with again which is sad as it is a local business. Shall be booking with national companies from now on.

The owner is an absolute imbecile. Can not do simple maths, has no idea what his terms and conditions state and is happy to leave children at the bus stop and unable to get to school. I have paid 10 monthly payments, as per their terms and conditions, which clearly says ‘10 monthly instalments’ I cancelled the direct debit, I apparently cancelled too early and there was one instalment left, due 1st of June. Bearing in mind, you pay in advance all year, the idiot cancelled their tickets and no longer allowed on the bus. I said I would pay the final payment, when it was due on the 1st June, but for some unknown reason, I don’t think he knows himself, that was not acceptable and the tickets were still void. This man is actively stopping my children from going to school.
I have contacted my local newspaper and local MP, to make sure this atrocious behaviour is highlighted and dealt with.

I am a student currently going to Berkeley green UTC and my bus is late nearly every day it rains. I know it does KLB before Berkeley green but it was late the day before while it was raining too. More reliable buses please
