Outstanding and inclusive travel experience! We used A&O Platinum Travel to travel 1.5 hours for an appointment and then back again. Not only was the vehicle impressive in spec and additional gadgets, but the driver was very polite, inclusive and his driving was second to none. Thank you for a 5 star experience. Never used a service like this before but will be from now on.

Really friendly drivers, easy to talk to and organise trips. Even when my flight was delayed and my driver needed to collect another customer, they rang me and organised another driver within minutes. This was at 2am, nothing was too much bother. Called me to make sure I was okay and not worried whilst I waited.

Really nice cars too, complimentary bottle of water and it took away the stress of waiting on a taxi or trains potentially being cancelled. Always on time, always professional.

Really appreciate being introduced to Adam and the team. Highly recommend.

Adam and his company are superb! Through no fault of A&O we had major issues with our arrival and then a lengthy 3 hour journey booked by our travel agency that was a surprise to us. He “shortened” the trip by making us feel welcomed, extremely comfortable, and provided plenty of fun conversation to boot! The car was more comfortable than a first class seat on a flight - perfect for taking in the breathtaking English countryside scenery. If you’re looking for comfort,
convenience and a touch of class this is the way to go!!!

Have used A&O for the last few years, manly for airport runs and found them to be totally professional and reliable. The vehicles are clean, comfortable and come with all mod cons. Adam is extremely courteous and an excellent communicator so he'll confirm the time and place of pick up and if anything does go wrong (e.g. delayed flights, baggage issues, etc) he'll provide information for an alternative time/place so you are not stressing about being stranded.
