We hired a boat to celebrate a special birthday and what a fantastic time we had. We had a phone call the day before to say we could pick it up early which was a great advantage to us as we had a good start to Birmingham and stopped off for a pub lunch. The staff were so helpful and friendly offering advice on best routes. We were novices to this but everything was explained well and we even managed 6 locks. The space was very cosy for 4 adults but the weather was fantastic so was outside most of the time. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed on board. Thank you so much for a wonderful short break and we hope to do it again some time

We hired a narrow boat with this company for a weeks holiday, the boat had multiple problems which they seemed unable to fix, the engineers they were employing didn't seem to have much of an idea about marine maitenance/enginering. To rub salt into the wound the same holiday booked a little latter in the year would have cost us £1100 not the £1800 it did, they offered us £100 off our next holiday, as if we would ever book a holiday with them again, there office was very unhelpfull and really couldn't give a jot ( I was going to use another word but thought it might get deleated)
