Won't be using them again. Booked cab for speciific time in advance ad I had appointment, cab turned up 10 min late, no customer servpice skills and no apology, fare charged was slightly more than other cabs have charged for same route, I pointed out should get a discount for late pick up and driver shoots off about having mouths to feed and can go elsewhere if not happy. I suggest if you're wanting to earn enough to feed mouths then get some skills and brush up on customer skills.

My friend needed a taxi from Bedford to Sutton-in-Ashfield, we were given a quote that beat all other taxi firms, taxi turned up on time and took her to destinstion with no issues. Great service and highly recommend them.

If you decide to use this taxi company and you book a taxi a few days in advance, I would highly recommend calling them the day before to make sure they haven't cancelled it on you.!!
I had to be at the train station by a certain time, early hours of the morning i might add..!!!
When my taxi didnt arrive, I called them, for them to tell me it had been cancelled and they didn't have one available to pick me up straight away either so I had to ring around other taxi firms to get a taxi.!!

NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE THIS TAXI FIRM AGAIN.!!

If i could i would give 0 because you dont even deserve one star.
Booked a taxi 3 hours in advance to make sure I make it on time for my hospital appointment. Rang the company as the driver was late and been told that unfortunately they cannot cover this booking! Ended up without taxi and missed the appointment for which I been waiting 4 months.

Last week I ordered a taxi for 6:35am the day before, the taxi didn't come and when I called they couldn't help me either because they didn't have any more available... I missed my bus and had to pay for a taxi to work so I wouldn't have any problems, but the company simply didn't do anything.

if i could rate this taxi company a zero, i would. they are never on time picking me up in the mornings and after i’ve finished school, i have to wait an extra half an hour at least everyday because these idiots don’t know how time works. i would NOT recommend. you’re better off booking a taxi from madina cars or a1 cars.

We had a very friendly driver called Raz who took us to Heathrow Airport in December 2023. Great service but quite pricey, I would recommend.
