After a bit of a disaster with our caravan tow hitch, Green flag organised Andrews garage to transport our caravan as it couldn't be towed. From first point of contact to the arrival at its destination they were absolutely brilliant.
Kev the driver made the whole process so easy and managed a good humoured banter in the process. I would whole heartedly recommend them if you're ever in need of assistance.

Great company to deal with in the unfortunate event of needing a recovery. Friendly owner and I didn’t catch the name of his son but he was the one that carried out my recovery. Top man, very friendly and all round stand up guy. Very professional in a friendly way. Highly recommended!

On Wednesday 30 th April I had a mishap with a motorhome that had gone into a hole and needed recovery to pull us out I had no signal on my mobile so after getting a passer by to let me use his phone to contact this company at approx 4.15 I got through. To a lady reception who took my details and said it would be approx 60-90 mins before they got to me , after waiting over two hrs I managed to flag a passer by to use their phone again and got through to a man Brian he said there was no job or anything regarding the conversation he knew nothing dark about it !! Eventually he agreed to get someone out asap the young chap that came to our assistance was a lovely helpful guy and couldn’t do enough for us !! He had us back on the road again in no time . Sadly I didn’t get his name or the lady who took the first call please be aware if this lady answers your call we would have been sat out in the dark waiting till morning !!!

This garage is disgraceful my 20 year old daughter had an accident they have recovered her car with her belongings in the boot, she is working away in Scotland lives miles and miles away and her clothes and toiletries are in the boot of the car! They will not allow her to retrieve them until she has the fees paid!!!!! She will pay the fees as soon as she can get home and get the money together!!!! You disgusting vile people let’s hope this doesn’t happen to one of your children!!!!!!
