Rang up. Spoke to lady who said she'd call me back with a price. She didn't. Update: did get call back next day and the price and availability were good. Unfortunately, I'd ordered elsewhere due to time pressure.

We had excellent service from the Andrew cook group last summer. We needed multiple skips throughout the time of doing our extension, which the team were only to happy to help us with. They delivered and collected the skips when they said they would. They were flexible if we need skips collected sooner or later than originally agreed. Great value for money. Would use them again.

Orderered the shop in the morning, it got delivered in the afternoon at the time stated. Put into position perfectly. It was a nicely painted skip so not an eyesore for the neighbours as far as skips go ! Got collected at the time started. Perfect service, my new go to company for when I need a skip. The lady in the office and the lorry driver were very friendly and accommodating. Cheers

Phoned office to hire skip for 4 days as website only offered 3 day or 1 week hire. Explained I needed skip for 4 days (Tuesday - Friday) as I needed to to be gone by the Saturday but wanted it as long as I could.

Skip arrived early Tuesday absolutely no issues. Picked up early on Friday meaning id only had the skip 3 days rather than 4. Emailed saying it was meant to be 4 days can they just discount the day and was told "no, it's 3 day hire and that's what you received". 1 week hire is £197.60 and I payed £173.60 for what I thought was 4 days. £24 discount wasn't great but thought it's me that would prefer it gone before weekend so that's fine. But £24 off a week hire price for 3 days? Extremely poor and classic customer service of "no, you're wrong and got what you ordered, hope this helps".

Would use others around this area in future.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had to clear out my mum's house after she passed away, and was worried about the whole process of hiring a skip. However, from phoning to pickup, including two extra skip exchanges, eveything was perfectly handled. Really made a difficult time a lot easier to handle. Special mention to the friendly staff who handled the phone calls. Thanks!
