We've been working with Anderson Travel for many years, and we are delighted with their service.

We recently used Anderson’s medium sized coaches to get us and other guests to and from a function at petersham nurseries. The coaches were really nice, drivers were super helpful, friendly and on time. The approach isn’t an easy one in a coach, but the Anderson drivers got us all there and made sure the less able were really well looked after. Excellent customer service!

Thank you for your response. Just because a company has been around for 30 years does not mean that they or one of their drivers cannot make a mistake. Your inability to accept your driver’s mistake and then choosing to stand by a clearly dangerous driver is the issue here.

Our report may have been investigated but was never resolved. A more thorough and transparent investigation would have been appreciated. My car is left with damages which the company should have accepted liability for and covered the costs of its repair.

One of your managers, Andrew King, reassured us after the incident stating that it was your driver’s mistake however no other person in your company has shown the same consideration. Therefore we were obliged to report this incident online as it reached no resolution privately.

We have dashcam footage which clearly demonstrated whose fault the incident was. If you trust in your driver’s safety and responsibility on the road, then why was the CCTV footage from the coach never shared?

While I understand that the company is reputable and not everyone is to blame, this message is those who have handled this investigation poorly.

The Man United Surrey Supporters Club have been using Andersons for a couple of years now to provide buses to games home and away and the service we receive from start to finish is outstanding.

From the office team taking and assisting with bookings to the luxury quality of the buses provided to the excellent driving teams we receive.

We can't control what happens on the pitch but Andersons ensure we have the best journey possible regardless

Sunday, 19 May. Bourton-on-the-Water.

Poor, inconsiderately stopped with engine running, gawping at mobile phone.

Completely blocked the junction and entrance to a residential street where there were already obvious roadworks in place making it narrower than normal. Plenty of more suitable places to stop in that village but obviously too much for a “professional” driver.

Too oblivious staring at phone to notice the hindrance he was causing, so after being beeped, nudged forward allowing people to squeeze past, then returned to staring at phone in lap - sat there for another 5 minutes completely in the way and oblivious/ignorant to everyone else.

I hired an Anderson coach for a social event. The booking process was very easy with knowledgable and friendly staff.
The coach was modern and clean. The driver was very accommodating making the day run extremely smoothly.
