Outstanding Customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. Was travelling to another part of Yorkshire from North East to collect some bits for my camper conversion. When Steve knew I would be in area he went out of his way to make sure my shower tray I'd ordered was completed so I could collect while in area. Highly recommend and quality of shower tray is exceptional.

He kept me informed and no question was too much trouble. Quality workmanship and fast service. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Anchor are a brilliant company. Recommended to me on Facebook they replaced my rubbish, leaking plastic camper shower tray into a stainless steel work of art.
Perfect measurements down to the mm and Steve was really helpful, super friendly and kept in touch regularly with video calls etc. so it was just like me visiting the workshop. Very pleased and looking forward to fitting it.

Well what can I say, from start to finish, Steve from Anchor Manufacturing has nailed the manufacturing of my shower tray, drawing was sent over and after a little discussion on the phone about how I wanted it. A day later pictures were sent over before it went to the powder coaters👌🏻 and today I gets a phone call to say it’s all ready for collection. Nice drive out to Sheffield tomorrow to pick it up.

Up and over wheel arch and small box section to allow ducting from truma boiler and enough space to feed any cables. I can’t stress enough if your about to start your shower build give this man a shout. 💯

An absolutely outstanding service!!! By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Finally, a company who make you feel valued as a customer and want nothing but to give you the very best they can offer. I had them build a bespoke shower tray for my camper van self build. I've never done something like this before so i was unsure how best to get the plan that only existed in my mind into something that a fabricator could build from. The company owner himself helped me through the entire planning phase and was very patient with my various scribbles and paper models. I really cant recommend them highly enough. Other companies can learn a lot from Anchor Manufacturing LTD.

I had a really poor experience with Anchor Manufacturing in Sheffield. The shower tray arrived damaged, and instead of offering a solution, I was met with hostility and blame-shifting from Ste, who claimed the delivery company was at fault. Rather than taking any responsibility, he became aggressive and unprofessional on the phone.

The tray itself was overpriced for what it is — the quality doesn't reflect the cost, and the customer service was genuinely appalling. I won’t be using them again, and I’d advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

If anyone is after a stainless steel shower tray I can’t recommend anchor manufacturing enough, Steve was a dream to work with start to finish with excellent communication, it’s completely custom spec to the dimensions that I provided to suit my needs, I’ve even been sent pictures of the stages of fabrication & they accommodated my wanting it powder coated.

All this is less than a week
I couldn’t be happier with the end product
