My daughter wanted a 21st birthday to remember, i found Amy & got my daughter in touch with her to discuss exactly wanted she wanted.

Amy was great with all my questions too, putting my mind at ease as this was my daughter's first trip aboard with a friend.

I filled in the form you sent explaining exactly what our requirements were. Then when you sent the quote the photos of our hotel had photos of another hotels pool and slide so our children would have been so sad if we hadn't of known that this hotel didn't have this pool. She then qouted us for four adults less then we required so when we come to book the price was thousands different. However the biggest problem is that on your quote it doesn't state the amount of adults and children so we could of paid and it wouldn't have been until when we went to travel that we would of realised that we were four adults short and those four adults wouldn't have been able to go.Then she said that she would price us a different hotel but never got back to us so I decided that I couldn't trust that she would get the booking right so I couldn't book with her.
