Absolutely shambolic website. If you try and change details of a trip, it kicks you out and you have to start again. Cannot wait til the day I never have to use them again. Genuinely awful. Have repeatedly reported bugs to the point they invited me to a summer party to apologise. I didn't go as I could only assume if they can't do train tickets, they certainly wouldn't be able to cook burgers. A true joke of a tech company - ironically backed by a tech giant. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Totally rubbish and waste of time and efforts. The supposed to book me a hotel in China, went there and there was a total chaos of no booking, fake website on their booking receipt, the hotel did't have any clue about the booking despite the fact that I contacted Egencia 2 months before my visit to China, really don't recommend anyone to deal with them.

Very poor with communication and have repeatedly failed to deliver a satisfactory service. Their website is prone to errors and then contact centre hours are not conducive to corporate clients. Frustrating when you travel frequently for work.

Awful company. Overcharged me for train tickets, which then took 3 weeks for them to admit it was a mistake. Promised a refund but still waiting. They've now had my money for over a month...
