Paid and requested a coach, sent a school bus with a driver that didn’t know the route! When I complained, was told, well you need to take your business somewhere else!!! Nice! Picture of us showing the driver the route!!!! Check out the condensation ok the windows? Is this legal? Driver could hardly see! Scary trip

My 80 year old friend had a driver the other week, and he was a very helpful he was training a driver and he went above and beyond, they drop her off at arrivals since she was on her own, she always travel to Edinburgh on her own need more drivers like him my friend never did catch his name i hope she meets him again

The most dishonest company because they are robbing their drivers with various fines in victoria london because there is nowhere to park AND they are taking their drivers money if there are unions they should follow up on this review and investigate why they are taking their drivers money

On 490 Norwich to Victoria today 11/4/24. Driver Chris, excellent. Funny and entertaining, gave lots of information going through London including tips for photo opportunities. Very good journey.

Not my own experience but definitely worth a mention. My mum's friend gotta taken ill yesterday on one of the buses and the driver, new lad ( Alfie ) went above and beyond to the point he drove this lady home and walked her to her door! Not many ppl would do that in this day and age! So many many thanks!
