Cute little zoo. It was a cold November day with only 4 cars in the carpark. The animals were super cute. The 2 ladies in the cafe were friendly and polite. Gift shop was nice but too expensive. Some of the walkways were muddy and slippery but that's to be expected. More animals would be nice. I love animals, so I was happy

The front desk was very kind. It took an hour and 30 minutes to get around, reading all the signs. If it takes you less than 45 minutes, you either have a child who wants to get round quickly to see an animal, or you haven't looked round properly. Some encloses were a little small but well maintained, and there was lots of enrichment and treats. We saw the otter feeding, and it was good. The staff cared for the animals and their was a park and lots of activities. The gift shop had a wide range of things. Some things were very cheap, but other things were just a little but overpriced, but not too much.

Had a super day today, this Zoo is special so peaceful, friendly small and has a good feeling about it, we really enjoyed it. My husband and I bought the yearly membership as we live close by. If you haven't been then go it has a lovely very reasonable Cafe and cute gift shop, ideal for children as plenty for them to do. We are very lucky to have it.

Wonderful place, a small zoo but still very nice. They clearly care for and are very knowledgeable about the animals.
Price wise it’s up there with larger zoos so if visiting bear that in mind. Smaller zoos get less funding so they need all they can bring in through visiting and donations. It’s got free roaming animals (not sure of the name) but still lovely to see.

Visited here during the week and it was really quiet which was pretty nice to be honest as it meant we could take our time. Pretty big zoo. Lots of different animals too see. Loved all the feeding/talks that they did. Food for lunch was pretty decent and not too expensive for a zoo. Large play are for the children outside and also a small soft play area inside. Would definitely visit again.

Came here without any prior research and was pleasantly surprised!

A nice little zoo with animals that are well looked after. The otter feeding talk was good and the woman doing it was very informative and clearly cared about the otter.

I think it is a bit overpriced (£16 per person) as I managed to see it all in under 2 hours, even with stopping for the otter feeding and watching a puma eat its food!

Very affordable day out. Cheap for lunch in their Café, very well routed map/guide booklet and informative keepers.

More or less a half day type park, small enclosures so doesn't take long to get through all the fantastic animals. There is indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids.

Small but still putting as much effort as any other Zoo out there 👍🏼

4* because there weren't a large amount of said kept animals, majority pairs where you'd expect more but still a great worthy visit.
