Very interesting tour. Amazing to see how everything works and at scale. What an impressive setup. The IT systems and programs developed for this must be so complicated. Really good tour guides. Very clear, explained everything in detail, answered all questions. Just still amazed at the size and automation of it all. The lifting robots are just so cool to watch. Very impressed.

Well worth a visit, although you will have to plan and book it in advance. The behind the scenes walk around gets you a glimpse of how Amazon managed to hit £2.3bn revenue in the UK in 2018. The robots are brilliant. The way stuff is stored is surprising. The conveyer belts are entrancing.
Our tour team was enthusiastic and well informed, they looked after us really well, and made sure the children in the group felt included.
A really good mix of information and hands on stuff to do, stowing, picking, packing.

Tour guides were friendly and informative. Told us interesting information and gave demos on how the picking system worked and operates. The Kiva robots are cool to watch and the maze of conveyer belts was good.
