My experience with this travel company was an utter disaster. I booked an Umrah package for my parents during the last 10 days of Ramadan, and the problems began right from the start. The Saudi contact failed to show up at the airport for the transfer to the hotel, leaving my parents stranded. When they finally managed to contact him, he couldn't speak English and arrived three hours late, taking them to a different hotel than the one advertised. This hotel was filthy, and despite booking a triple room, they only issued one key, causing major inconvenience. Despite assurances from the agent, this issue was never addressed.

During the Umrah, my parents faced numerous difficulties but didn't complain due to the significance of Ramadan. However, on the return leg of the package, Saudi Airlines overbooked the flight, leaving my parents stranded in Riyadh. The travel company, Al Safa, was unaware of this and made no effort to assist. To make matters worse, there were four other families facing the same predicament, all of whom had booked through Al Safa.

In summary, this company was a complete shambles from start to finish. Despite having been on Hajj and Umrah over 14 times before, we've never encountered such issues. It's clear that this company is unreliable and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
