The most amazing experience of my life time.
From the time I met up with the group at the airport we where given all the guidance step by step.
I cannot find any faults from any members of the staff from Al-Qibla travels all the way from Makkah to Madina. I have already recommended my family and friends.

Hajj 2019 with Al-Qibla. Alhamdullilah Day of Arafah was an amazing experience with rain pouring. Most of hujjaj came out of the tent to make dua (prayer) in the rain. Arafah it’s self is blessing plus the rain ☔️ is blessing over blessings. May Allah accepts everyone Hajj (Hajje mabroor)Al-Qibla service was excellent. Specially Al Hajj Khan Bhai who works very hard running 🏃‍♀️ round back and forward. Very energetic person May Allah accept his efforts.Al-Hajj Khan deserves man of the Al-Qibla Team award.

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM
If I couldn’t I would give no stars. Absolutely horrendous service! The admin are so rude, first they are so nice and get you to put a deposit it down. Once it’s close to your flight and you need to pay up that’s when their behaviour completely changed. I personally had a admin try to threatened me which was laughable.
The original plans for our trip also changed along with flight times dates and hotels. More over, despite requesting a room for 3 people, they shoved us into a room shred amongst 6 people last minute with was ridiculous!
The hotel went from a 4 star to a 0 star. The hotel was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs it was horrendous. Non of the Al-qibla team were around to help as they were stay in their 5 star hotels avoiding us all.
This organisation was a joke, they left people behind in Madina.
Not to mention the amount of money that was taken from each person was basically a scam! I would never recommend this service. Inshallah they improve immensely. But please save your money!

I recently went to Jordan and Palestine with Al Qibla Travels and must say they provided an excellent service Alhamdulillah. The team catered to the needs of everyone and truly made us feel like family. They made sure we used our time there efficiently, we covered much more than expected. The tour guides were very informative and sincere. Even though some of us were held at the borders for a short time, the team made sure they stayed with us throughout until we passed through. I would recommend and I myself look forward to using Al Qibla Travels in the near future inshaAllah.

This was the first time I visited both Jordan and Palestine. Alhamdulillah it was such an amazing and unique experience.

The seven days were jam-packed and we were fortunate enough to see several cities in both the countries allowing us to really immerse ourselves in the Islamic history and culture of the cities - we visited many maqams/graves of the sahaba and prophets.

The tour guides in both the countries were locals who had very good knowledge and were very genuine. They went out of their way to ensure we got the most out of our stay, even adding things to the itinerary which was'nt included originally.

Even though it was Al Qiblas first time taking a group to Aqsa/Jordan, the leadership and organisation they had displayed felt as though they had taken many groups before.

Shaykh Abul Kalam Azad was knowledgeable and led the group well. He also arranged a special session with the muazzin of Masjid Al Aqsa who visited our hotel.

The hotels chosen by Al Qibla in Amman and Jerusalem were excellent with a very good buffet selection.

This group has now become like a family. Many of us are still in contact with each other. inshaa'Allah I look forward to going on further trips with this big family.

I would highly recommend brs/srs visit Aqsa with Al Qibla to fulfill the hadeeth of praying two rakats there. This is a special place where hundreds of years of history has still remained intact.

Went with Al Qibla for hajj 2019. Service and experience was really amazing alhamdulilah as Al Qibla say sabr is the most important factor to hajj and if you have that the journey is the most easiest and pleasant. I would have given them 5* only reason for a star down is on the day back to London our flight was scheduled at 1.50am but we were asked to leave our room at 12pm and had to sit in the lobby for approximately 10 hours with our luggages. Other than this no complaints alhamdulilah

Alhamdulliah a brilliant experience with Al Qibla Travels for Hajj 2019. Very well organised and the team did amazingly in catering for everyone. The hotel location for both Mecca and Medinah was superb and food was delicious. Al Qibla team really went out their way to make this journey of life time for myself and others memorable.
