I would not recommend alpine action. We stayed at Chalet La Fugue in Meribel. It is clear that they don't invest in any training of their staff - while the hosts were lovely, they had not been trained to give an appropriate level of service, particularly on cleaning (we had to clean the kitchen ourselves it was so bad and no mid week clean happened). We complained half way through and it wasn't rectified and the owners / managers did not try and make good in any way. Plus there was a persistent smell of drains. I would also not recommend this particular chalet - it is not ski in ski out at as advertised (even if there was enough snow it would be a walk) and the piste you have to cross to get to the lane is very treacherous most of the time - slippy, icy etc (again not as advertised which makes it sound like an easy walk across).

I’ve had 3 wonderful ski holidays with Alpine Action in both La Tania and Méribel.
They is a great attention to detail in their organisation and help when needed.
The chalet staff have been so friendly and the food quite exceptional at times. They even joined in with my annual ski chalet quizzes!
I’d wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Action for anyone wanting to have an exceptional ski trip which is such good value for money!!

I Have used Alpine Action for my last 3 skiing trips. They have all the help you need on the website and are only a phone call away for any clarification.
I tend to stay at Chalet Alysson or nearby as it is good to be in a mixed group. The food/drink provided has always been excellent.
The only issue is sorting your own flights and transfers.

I have used Alpine Action for 3 holidays, staying in Chalets Toubkal, Ecureuil and Rosalie. They have all been excellent in every way. The hosts are carefully chosen and provide an excellent of meals but also keeping the chalet clean. The chalets themselves are in good locations and comfy to stay in. Minibus service to the slopes is very welcome at certain chalets. Transfers are good. It is an extremely well run company, I can not recommend strongly enough. We have been taking holidays in Meribel for over 10 years and on the 2 occasions we have tried other companies, we have been duly disappointed as they do not match up to Alpine Action’s standard.

We've been skiing with Alpine Action for 6 years, sometimes twice a year and it's safe to say we have never been disappointed. The 360° service is brilliant, especially the minibus drivers who will come and pick us up at the drop of a text. The chalets are 5 star, especially Chardon.

I love Alpine Action! My family have been holidaying with this great little chalet company in the Three Valleys for over ten years, sometimes more than once in a season if a last minute offer proved irresistible. Alpine Action provide excellent chalet holidays, with fabulous service, superb cuisine (the best I've had on a ski holiday, and that's saying something). Nothing is too much trouble for their extremely helpful staff. I'm in hospitality and I recognise professional service when I see it. The chalets are in great locations with the Three Valleys on the doorstep. I cannot recommend Alpine Action highly enough.
