Great service. They took me to Manchester airport and collected me again. Both times the drivers were pleasant and drove safely. Communication beforehand was good, checking the flights were on time and arranging where to meet at the airport. I’ll use them again next time I need a taxi.

Always use these taxis but tonight won't be using again from town to home normally £5 dropped mate off 2 mins drive up road £12 if it's £5 for 3 mile drive how come it's £7 for less than half mile up road extra phoned to ask got hung up on wont be using again have recommended this company to friends will be telling them don't use disgraceful wont use again would rather pay more for taxi company that won't rip me off £12 for 3.5 mile disgraceful it's only £20 for 12 mile halifax to tod shame on you

Above and beyond!
I have just used Alpha to get my (87 yr old) Aunt to Preston Station and I can’t compliment or thank them enough.
They picked her up from the door and at Preston the driver took her into the Station and made sure she’d found the travel assistance team before leaving her.
For the reverse trip, he was waiting in the Station to meet her and help her back to the car and made sure she was alright when she got home.
Throughout, the driver kept texting to say where he was, that she was with the travel team, he’d picked her up, etc.
Equally, the office team were well organised and communicated really well.
This really was an excellent service and I can only give them the biggest possible recommendation.

Friendly. Safe and reliable. The three essential things you need in any taxi service. Living out of the way these guys have saved my daughter a few times when public transport has let her down and left her vulnerable.
