Amazing! Would give them 6 stars if I could.
We used them for all our rides around the Alnwick area for a full week, and got the absolute best driver service I'd ever seen. Super professional, right on time, every time. Flexibility towards some changes in our plans, great communication, and super super nice attitude from Kane and Michael. We even got some great tips for our trip.
Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. If you're in Northumberland -- use these guys! Don't think twice.

Kane and Michael were really friendly, and gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. As we were very new to the area it can be quite daunting, but they were so helpful and overall a great service. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Chad was prompt and helpful. Called and at first no answer, no worries, Chad was on another call and quickly called back. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Chad was friendly, kind and a great conversationalist. Later we called Chad and he gave us a couple recommendations where to eat in Alnmouth, of those we chose The Whittling House. It was superb! Chad went above and beyond to help us that afternoon when we called for another taxi. Chad had other fares scheduled and wasn’t immediately available but he took time to help us find a taxi with another company. Wow! Truly amazing! We HIGHLY recommend Chad and Alnwick Wizard Taxis!
