We had a truly wonderful experience with AlMuslim Travel for our Umrah this month. From the beginning, we received outstanding support from Brother Atiq, who was incredibly patient and solution-oriented. Despite our many requests and budget considerations, he managed everything perfectly and gave us the best possible experience for our very first Umrah as a family (husband, wife, and three children).

The arrangements were smooth and well-organized. The hotel in Madinah was very close to the Haram, making it extremely convenient. The hotel in Makkah came with a 24-hour shuttle service, which was very helpful. We also had seamless transportation from the airport to Madinah, then from Madinah to Makkah, and finally back to the airport.

What stood out most was the excellent communication. We could reach out with questions anytime—24 hours a day—and always received a quick and helpful response.

I will definitely use AlMuslim Travel again for future trips and highly recommend them to others.

Qasim Shahbaz was very professional throughout my inquiry about booking an Umrah journey and throughout the booking giving often exceeding my expectations. He always took our needs into consideration, such as our need for a hotel within walking distance of the holy mosques in Makkah and Madinah, since we only had to walk for around 8 mins. The hotels were very pleasing and hospitable and we enjoyed staying in them. We also really enjoyed the Ziarats of Makkah and Madinah as the drivers were very respectful and knowledgeable. They would drop us of at mosques such as Qiblatain and Quba and advise us to read Nafal Salat’s so that we gain the maximum blessings. It was such an amazing experience that my heart feels so blessed to have made the journey. Thank you so much for everything Brother Qasim.
