Absolutely top class service throughout. From making my initial booking all the way through to the professionalism and courtesy of their driver. Excellent communication, service and quality of the transport was great too. Will definitely be using again for our school trips.

Unfortunately the service provided by this Company was not good. We ran slightly over time (5 minutes) and had to withdraw cash to enable colleagues to be collected from the venue, otherwise the driver would not collect them. When contact the office did not get any reply as to his conduct.
We did eventually get a refund for the extra charged by the driver.

I recently received an amazing service from ALM and wanted to share this. They went above and beyond to ensure we weren't let down despite the vehicle booked for us becoming 'off road' just a week before...

We booked a minibus for our party of 14 to take us from Hemel Hempstead into London and back on Saturday 20th August. The train strike meant we needed alternative transport for our hen party which had been booked for some time.

As soon as ALM realised our vehicle was no longer available, they emailed me to let me know but I missed their message. They also tried to reach me by phone, but for some reason, I was missing their calls too. Because they were unable to reach me and didn't want to let our party down, they went to great lengths to find another driver and vehicle for us and had to juggle other jobs around to accommodate our timings.

It is refreshing to find a firm willing to go that extra mile to not let the customer down. I honestly believe other companies would have simply cancelled our booking and not worried that they couldn't get hold of me. But ALM did worry and did make sure we weren't to be let down.

Both drivers (there and back) were friendly and courteous. We arrived on time and were picked up on time without any hitches. The minibus was spotlessly clean, comfortable and, on a hot August day, pleasantly air conditioned. Highly recommend.

So impressed with your service! You guys responded so quickly and were able to arrange everything for me so last minute. Also the coach was absolutely brilliant, and Jazz was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Was literally because of you guys that my 21st went so well. The coach journey was better than the venue itself!! Gutted I didn’t book a return! Had an amazing 21st and can’t thank you all enough. Will definitely be in touch for any other plans.

Thanks so much for getting me, my family and friends to Newcastle from Hertfordshire this weekend. We had to book you when the train strike was announced and we had to cancelmall our tickets. I know we weren't the quietest or best behaved and thank you so much for your professionalism and patience. You always responded to my communication in advance, came to the meeting point early, helped us to pack all our bags and let us have a good time on your coach. It was a great start to an important weekend for us, thank you so much.
