Day trip to Oban, first time. We had booked without seeing the long steps to the boat and the two gentleman could not have been nicer helping her on and getting her back up the stairs. We saw seals, got a history lesson and even saw the Isle of Mull from a distance. Our tour guide was witty and factual. Would absolutely recommend. Note: 35 mins is not enough time to find a free small car park close (if you have difficulty walking).

Booked onto the 12.30 boat for today. Glad we did and recommend to folks visiting to give it a go. Lovely, friendly family business and Allan's daughter made the trip more enjoyable with her knowledge (sometimes witty) of the area and wildlife we saw on the trip.

And not to forget Allan's other daughter who was as the pier ready to greet us for the boat coming to pick us up.

I went on the one hour nature trip and we managed to find a huge number of seals on the various skerries around Kerrera and off Lismore. We also saw a variety of bird life including geese ducks and cormorants. A very enjoyable way to spend an hour.

Had a really nice boat trip the other week. We did the one hour wildlife tour and saw loads of seals, even some babies! Was such a lovely trip and Allan was very knowledgable and friendly. Very reasonable price as well for a full hour!

We were on a coach trip, arrived 10 mn before the boat left and made a quick decision to go on it. We ve not regretted it as it was an amazing day, sunny and flat seas. The guide is very entertaining and we ve seen some seals. The landscape around Oban is very nice. Nothing compares to a sunny day in Scotland. The trip is reasonably priced too. For some really strange reason the review was not published the first time I tried

We had a very enjoyable hour boat ride around the shores of Oban with Allan’s Tours. The family made it informative and friendly. Great view of the seals. Would highly recommend. Good value for the money.

Great boat trip experience. Crew were brilliant and informative, looking for as much wildlife as possible to give us the best experience. We found a beautiful colony of seals and few porpoises. There had been a sighting of an orca earlier that day but of course we werent that lucky to see it but there is always hope! Allan also showed me and my daughter a picture of a poor Loggerhead sea turtle that had drifted and found locally, and will hopefully be rehabilitated and returned to the Med. Overall a great way to spend an hour or more, learning about the local wildlife and history, and at a reasonable price.
