Would recommend Rachel and All Aspects to everyone. She found the perfect villa for my holiday. We gave her a long list of non negotiables for the location, facilities, flight time and dates. She was able to work within our requirements and budget to find the perfect spot. We were given a range of villa to chose from, each of which we’d never have found ourselves. Extremely knowledgeable friendly, spot on service and covers all details and admin so you just have to turn up! Will definitely use again!

Having had to cancel two holidays due to illness Rachel knew how much this holiday meant to us . From our initial conversation right through till our return from our perfect holiday nothing was too much trouble for Rachel - her attention to detail is amazing ! She ensured that everything went smoothly and assured us that she was on the end of the phone should there be a problem , which there wasn’t ! She even arranged for there to be some flowers in our room when we arrived , such a lovely thought !

Thankyou so so much for a holiday we will never forget, from start to finish it really was perfect. Express check in, atc the airport, private transfer to and from the hotelin palma to laya de muro, a gift on arrival for my birthday. Thr most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. First every family holiday abroad with a 10 and 12 year old, they were blown away, as much ice-cream on tap each day, the all inclusive food - WOW

Hotel was spotless, staff great too. The complex was something else, located next to the beach and food options unreal..

We did not want to leave, and would highly recommend Rachel to anyone to help you arrange a break away, whether it's a short break, or family break.

Contracts and Accounts

Just returned from a fabulous last minute breakaway in Crete, I asked Rachel to try and work her magic with about 3 weeks notice for a family of 4 with very specific requirements for the last week of the school holidays, once again she did not disappoint, she found multiple choices for us we just had to choose the destination/Hotel and everything else was organised & arranged by Rachel, all that was left to do was pack and turn up at the airport, we requested a private transfer to the hotel to reduce additional travel time (minimum 50 mins down to 30) this was perfect and soo easy x the Hotel was immaculate, the staff were extremely accommodating, the Spa was fantastic, had a wonderful plate of fresh fruit and a chilled bottle of bubbles in our room on arrival arranged by Rachel as it was my Birthday ? this was a very thoughtful and greatly appreciated touch x Rachel’s service goes above and beyond every time ….Thank you ?
