Booked in the morning to pick up at 20 to 5 for a vet appointment cheak they took pet first. Never showed hung up on me every time I tryed to ring them.

Ordered 8 seater and also rang back to confirm they had all details. Rang again when they didn’t arrive and they said the battery was flat and trying to start.should be 10 minutes.
Rang yet again after 15 mins and they said had given up and would be sending two cars rather than the 8 seater. Rang again after 10 minutes and to be told only one car was available.
They then offered to give the job to another taxi company - somewhat to late. Realistically a total waste of time and ruined the critical timing of a surprise event. NEVER AGAIN

Oh and by the way . We used our own cars both ways so the claim we never paid for the return compounds the indiffernce with and outright lie.

I used All Areas Taxis over the Easter break to/from Bristol Airport. They were very professional, the drivers were so nice friendly and respectful. I can highly recommend this company. Communication was prompt & reassuring. I wil definitely use them again on my next visit. ☆☆☆☆☆

Booked well in advance verified the time and journey Did not turn up. Phoned them no record of my booking Offered another taxi 1 hour later at 12:30am refused it. ( more expensive after midnight) good ploy to get more money. Will never use again.

Use this taxi service last night for first time. Excellent service provided. Very punctual, friendly driver and reasonably priced. Also must mention that a friend of mine dropped his wallet in the taxi and got out. As we walked away from the taxi the driver sounded his horn to get our attention and we retrieved the wallet. What a star. 5 stars truly deserved

Booked a taxi for 530pm and it hasn’t turned up !!
Called them and they had it booked in for 555pm .stood in the cold waiting for the last 15 bloody minutes .
Terrible service and won’t be using them again !!
