I recently completed Hajj with Al Hijaz Tours, and once again, I can only offer the highest praise. Our tour guide Raees was absolutely excellent knowledgeable, calm, and supportive throughout the entire journey. His service and dedication made a world of difference, and I truly felt well looked after at every step.

A special mention must go to Zahid, who managed everything with outstanding professionalism. His experience and attention to detail were evident throughout, and he made sure every aspect of the trip ran smoothly. I’ve been with this company for years, and I wouldn’t dream of going with anyone else for Hajj.

No issues whatsoever just a spiritually fulfilling and well-organised experience from start to finish.

We recently went to Hajj with Alhijaz tours, ma shaa Allah they looked after us so well. Brother Raees and Brother Zahid went out of their way for us. They kept us updated daily prior to going, during and when we returned. They offered lots of information to aid our hajj journey. I would recommend AlHijaz tours to anyone considering hajj or umrah, they really look after you.

Al Hijaz had a difficult situation. Above them, they had Hajj ministry and MCDC passing down restrictions and below they had the clients.
When we cam to Al Madina, I was assigned to a sub standard hotel. Air-conditioning was not working, safe was broken, telephone was not working, no room to pray, 1/2 the electrical sockets were not working (sparking and crackling heard when plugging charger in).
I went to reception to complain and the person at reception was not interested. Tariq became involved and got us moved to a proper room the following morning. He check again that everything was okay. Full marks to him.
