Al Hidaayah arranged a bespoke Umrah trip for my family group of 15+ people, covering everything including flights, visas, accommodation and transfers in Madinah and Makkah. The experience was brilliant and we encountered no serious issues whatsoever for our entire trip. Any small issues were resolved almost immediately by contacting Al Hidaayah, regardless the time of day or night - they were always responsive. They were proactive in their communication with me such that I had full details and instructions on the next steps in our journey beforehand and well in advance. Their support in the run up to departure was also invaluable and they promptly answered any questions I had around preparation. I had considered creating a bespoke trip by myself for my family but after the experience using Al Hidaayah, and having been out on the trip, the peace of mind and sheer number of items and tasks that were taken care of for me by Al Hidaayah arranging the various components was priceless.

I had several people in my family group who had never visited the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah and this experience using Al Hidaayah was so good they are already eager to return.

I highly recommend using Al Hidaayah not only for their pre arranged packages but also if your timeliness do not fit those packages and you need a more bespoke and tailored experience.

We booked Hajj 2024 with Al-Hidaayah for 2 reasons: they offered the c3000 package that met our time commitment and also the Mina location. They were also recommended as one of the best hajj provider groups and honestly AlHidaayah exceeded our expectations. From the point of booking, the seminars, religious guidance, managing expectations and the best ever guides- the ever smiling, patient and caring brother Ismael, responsive and supportive brother Abu Isa and the knowledgable brother Amer. Sheikh Ahsan provided prompt spiritual guidance ensuring we strived to achieve an accepted Hajj. The sister guides took great care of us in Mina and Arafat too, always encouraging to get the most out of this amazing journey ensuring those that had health vulnerabilities were reassured.
