Excellent holiday. Excellent Drivers. However on return yesterday as the feeder departure monitors were not operating i approached a official who had been previously shouting out coach departure information. I stood directly in front of her. I asked her a question with regard to departure time. She did not ask owledge me at all. She carried on looking down at her phone and totally blanked me for what was quite a while. This was observed by another passenger who tossed her eye's in disbelief. How rude. The older woman was short dumpy and blond haired.

We changed coaches here on an Alfa holiday. The facilities are good. The only downside is its Costa coffee or KFC both expensive outlets for people on a budget. At busy times like changeover for coaches the queues are huge and not enough places to sit inside.There is an outdoor picnic area if you bring your own. Although not under cover so reliant on good weather. Needs more indoor seating and a tea/coffee and snack outlet that is budget friendly

Great showers for truck drivers
Clean services but the roads let it down and the fuel station! Dirty fuel pumps! The roads in the services are the worst .

A busy coach interchange. Feeder coaches arrive from all over and passengers are transferred once their cases are sorted to the correct coach. Coaches then depart for their holiday destinations, usually around 1030am. Arrival back is around 3 to 4 pm in order to connect with the feeder coaches once again. Several coach operators use it.

This is where I picked up the coach to to the isle of wight. Great staff friendly and helpful. The coach driver was brilliant made Everyone feel at ease. Overall a fantastic time

The staff are well drilled and organised. On busy days, the service station building is completely inadequate for the number of people, you can barely move around, it could do with being made significantly bigger, as it results in people hanging around the coaches and getting in the way of the staff trying to move cases around.

Alpha runs smoothly don't bother with cafe facilities very expensive and limited
