The driver was late and couldn't find my house I gad to direct him over the phone. I was anxious as I was going to the hospital and was not happy. He complained he couldn't see the house nos and didn't matter if I was 5min late for my appointment. I asked if he knew where the hospital was and he said he didn't. That made me more anxious. He then ranted that he wasn't an idiot or stupid ( I never said he was) and that it didn't mater if I was a few minutes late. I'm usually very happy with Aplha cars and have used them for years and never had an issue of not finding my house. I don't think I'll use you again.

They didn’t turn up and kept lying!!

We booked a driver for 7 am booked well in advance and they never showed up. We called the company 4 times to ask where the driver was and we received different answers from the same person each time. This included telling us that the driver was almost there on the 1st call, that they were outside (whilst we were standing outside) on the 2nd call, on there way again on the 3rd call and on the 4th call we were told there was no booking despite me calling 2 days before to confirm!! We understand mistakes happen but we value honesty more. They could have told us the truth and saved us the worry.

Would give 0 stars if I could ! pre booked a car 10 odd days before for Christmas , got notified shortly before pick up time that no cabs were available, which made us late for our restaurant booking, why let people pre booked cars if you don’t have them- I’ve been using Alfa cars for over 20 years, we will never use them again. Complete joke!
