I can't speak highly enough of this pharmacy! Every time I visit, the staff are genuinely smiling and happy to help, which makes a real difference.

On one occasion, I arrived right at opening time and Anil was there to assist me immediately. He was incredibly friendly and efficient. During another visit, I popped in just as the other pharmacist was leaving, but he still went out of his way to turn the lights back on and find my prescription for me. That level of dedication is truly impressive.

I was referred here via 111 following an on line consultation regarding an infected gnat bite. Having no access to a GP appointment the 111 nurse sent me to the pharmacist. After a very thorough chat the pharmacist was able to prescribe some antibiotics. She was kind and understanding of the predicament I found my self in. Very professional and gave extra advice. I would fully recommend this chemist's for anyone seeking advice or medicine delivery service. ( something I will be doing in the future). Thank you so much

I rang 111 as I'm here temporary and the pharmist put herself out to help me in every way. It wasn't just once it was several times. I got all my medication in full. She was so understanding and spoke to me about everything in detail and explained each and every time to me. She went over and beyond to help me out. First Class Service.

Outstanding service! Went in for travel vaccines and Anil was extremely helpful and insightful! Explained in detail why I would and wouldn’t need certain vaccines; the advisories were tailored to me. Also had a lovely chat, with some tips and recommendations. Lovely guy and much quicker than through a GP. Would highly recommend.

Called late Thursday evening asking if they had Japanese encephalitis in stock. I left my details and was called the following morning to say that had bought it over from their main clinic in Cambridge and I was seen that morning. Very impressed with the service. Didn’t know there was a travel clinic in Alconbury but will definitely use in the future and recommend to others as well.
