One of the best travel agents in Derby. What an exceptional customer service by the team. I highly recommend them for assisting and making the journey memorable. Purchased an airline ticket with Al Madina travel. The staff were very friendly and helped me get all the forms needed to travel during COVID-19 pandemic and they even messaged me a day after my arrival to ensure I had a safe flight. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Definitely recommend these guys.Bought many tickets of them in the past and if their was a problem at the airport or anything beacuse sometimes at the airport problems happen.I would ring these guys and they would sort it out straight away for me even on their out of office hours.Their service is unimaginable and their pakistan call centre is the best service.Highly recommend

Worst Service ever. The guy booked a ticket for my nephew who turns 12 next month so would have had an adult ticket yet this guy booked a child instead then had the nerve to tell my brother it was his fault and not the agents fault for the mistake. I mean you are holding ppls passports so you should know the age gap o child and adult so my brother had to cancel the whole ticket then was told to pay £2300 for an adult ticket when another travel agent told us £800 for the same date and same flight. This guy is a complete rip off I would stay well clear if you are looking to travel abroad to Pakistan.
