Just came back from our Umrah trip. Alhamdulilah everything went well. A special thanks to brother Irfan who helped us with choosing the hotels and planning our trip to make everything go smoothly. Used Al Hermann travel to book our first time trip to do our Umrah in Nov 2024.

Ali Haider was the first to respond and provided us a package suiting our budget and needs.

Throughout our booking he was consistent in providing information and answering any questions he would respond within minutes without keeping us waiting. Even when we had technical issues he would happily assist us through call.
Without a doubt couldn't have done our Umrah without Ali Haiders hard-work he ensured all transfers were booked and drivers were assigned promptly.

Our hotels were booked and very good.

I would highly recommend you book via Al Harmain travel and ask for Ali Haider for assistance he has the patience of a saint.

Alhumdulilah just back from our first umrah trip. Getting prices and the hotels as package wasn't easy but Abu Bakr helped us get what we wanted.
Downfall would be that once they received the payment was hard communicating further to get anymore information. Some things we weren't clear about we had to ask them when they should be telling us. Ie that we had to pay for zam zam water at the airport. This was our first ummrah and we didn't know these things.
Secondly the ziyarats we did...the drivers were urdu speakers and hardly spoke English so that wasn't great.

We used Al Haramain to book our Umrah package in Nov 24 and found Umer Raja and Haider Ali extremely helpful and supportive before our trip and also during our trip when I needed to consult them.

Our Hotel at each location was 1st class and would recommend these hotels, Fairmont and Al Aqeeq. Both hotels were very close to the Harum ideal location.

Our flight was delayed by couple hours arriving at Jeddah however our driver was waiting at the meeting point. Remainder of the transport from Makkah to Madinah and Madinah to Airport was also without any issues.

I would always recommend Al Haramain to arrange Umrah and Hajj package.

Big amazing thanks to brother Irfan Ameen. He took the time to perfectly plan our ummrah trip which included flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and everything in between. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions. He really did the best job and made sure every thing was in order and confirmed. This was our first ummrah and it was perfectly planned. We also went to medina. The hotel was very nice and good areas. Both hotels in Makkah and medina were right next to the masjid. We are so happy Irfan Ameen helped us. We had no issues. We booked Umrah for a family of 10, Irfan made the booking easy for us. 100% communication I would say as there was a lot of us ensuring our package fit all our requirements was not easy our group had a lot of queries worried things to go over many times, Irfan was very patient reassuring throughout. I thought he was honest in his views of hotel qualities pricing etc.

He gave a really good service, after we came back asked for quote on another trip 🙂
