Booked an Ummrah package through Al Badar travel for myself, my father and sister. For the three of us, it was our first experience traveling to Saudi for ummrah and as we were not traveling with a group to guide us, we were very nervous. Al Badar held multiple one to one sessions to talk us through the process, providing us with information books, contact details and step by step plan for our stay. As my father was wheel chair bound, Al Badar helped us book convenient accommodations in Mecca and Madina. They provided local contacts for guidance and travel guides for the different ziarats. My father fell ill during our stay in Mecca and we were able to contact the local Guide who arranged for my dad to be collected and seen within a private hospital. Al Badar kept in contact with us as did the local contacts to see how we were getting on, how my father was and if we needed anything. From start to finish, Al Badar and their associates helped make our experience hassle free, allowing us to concentrate on our Ibadah. Inshallah will be using their services again this year.

Brother Sunat Gul is one of best tour operators we have found.

2 years ago we decided to go for umrah in Ramadhan at a very short notice.
We searched and called different tour operators to find a better deal and luckily we spoke to Sunat Gul by chance.

He is a very nice, friendly, trustworthy and caring person and he found great deals for us. He discussed with us all the options from airline tickets, and transport to hotels in Makkah and Medina.
He made sure that we got the best deal at the best price possible.

Once agreed he swiftly processsd our visa and within 3-4 days we were ready to go on our blessed journey. Although he was going to umrah himself with his family but he made sure our visa etc were done on time. We were also looked after during our journey very well.

This year again in Ramadhan I booked hotels and transport for my mother and brother’s family In Makkah/ Medina who came for Umrah from Pakistan through him.

We again decided last minute to surprise them and brother Sunat Gul made sure our visa, flights, hotel and transport booking was ready within 3 days. We made some changes to our travel plans during the journey and Sunat GUL brother was contactable and flexible and made sure we had good affordable deals.

This year I recommended Sunat GUL to one of my friend for Hajj. Brother Sunat GUL looked after him in Hajj very well and he was praising him a lot.

Overall with above positive experiences, I think Sunat GUL is one of the best tour operators and I would certainly recommend and InshAllah if we plan to travel again for Hajj/ Umrah in future we will certainly contact him.

Brother Sunat Gul provided a fantastic service. A few weeks ago I was researching Umrah packages for my parents. I was looking for direct flights with hotels very close to the kaabah in Makkah and the Prophet (saw) mosque in Madinah. The prices I was getting were extortionate.

Sunat was recommended to me by a dear friend and I was not disappointed. Initially the trip was just for my parents, but suddenly circumstances allowed me to accompany my parents. This was no trouble for Sunat as he immediately rearranged the whole trip to include me and ensure we returned back to Makkah for a few days for a second umrah before we came back to the UK.
