Friendly and reliable service.

It's been a pleasure working with AirSimple for the last 6 months whilst they managed my serviced accommodation whilst I was away travelling. For me it was a very hands off approach and they dealt with everything, relaying information back to me when needed and at the end of each month a more than expected payment was received.

We used Air-Simple to rent out our property. At first they came across as very professional. However, communication wasnt great. This continued throughout and I have just terminated the agreement. They will sell on the basis that they are linked with Belvilla and they hand responsibility to them to manage however they are just as bad.

If you run a hospitality based business you have to be available and they never are.

If your a renter go somewhere else.

Worst agency I've ever had the misery of working with. An amateur team with incompetence running wild. I gave them an entire year to try to sort themselves out and every step of the way things got worse.
