Booked a taxi 3 hours in advance for a short journey. It was 25 minutes late and we missed our train. The driver was only tasked 5 minutes before he picked us up so it was not his fault. The controller kept fobbing me off saying the driver was 5 minutes away. I had plenty of time so I could have called another company if he was honest with me. But instead we missed our train. There was no apology or offer of compensation. The price was also too high, £15 for a 3 mile journey. Awful service.

First time we have used this company and booked a return taxi to Heathrow (16 June) They were superb! Despite a very early morning pickup and a delayed flight on the return our driver Shahid was perfectly on time, friendly and professional. Cost was reasonable too. Will use them again for future bookings. Very much recommend.

A late review but definitely deserved. Used this company during the Reading Festival this year Good service, competitive rates and clean cars. In addition, you have a good storage in cars. We had a very polite driver, great service all around will definitely use again!

Very impressed, booked a six seater from Reading to Stansted and everything went well , the only issue was the app which wouldn't work for me but Mr Maz dealt with everything via email so all good 10/10 would definitely use again.

Airport trip booked in advance and reconfirmed the day prior. Driver failed to turn up.

I had to call a number of times to get the latest status and I was given a different reason each time (the driver will be with you in X minutes, flat tyre, traffic etc). On a few occasions, my call was left to ring without answer or answered then immediately hung up on! Disappointing.

I had to make alternative arrangements after waiting 30 minutes.

I booked 3 weeks in advance, they confirmed once again 2 days in advance and on the arrival day, they were punctual. The driver was very polite and respectful.

The car was luxurious and very comfortable, the ride was fast and silenced which was exactly what I needed it after a tiring day .

I have the best impressions on the company and I will definitely use it again.
