ZERO STARS - Bullied off the road and shouted at to "move over" by an older gentleman driving a scruffy transit minibus. Clearly doesn't understand what side of the road is his, and came charging through. No where for me to go other than the pavement. Not a pleasant gentleman and I think you need to educate your drivers.

Very happy with the service we received. The drivers arrived on time to pick us up and drop us off. The drivers were very nice and the minibuses were clean and comfortable. Thankyou, we will certainly use Airport Connections again.

I have since spoken to the driver and i must apologise, as he was lost when he drove up my cul de sac. Having had 10years of harrassment from an eastern European gang in thanet that have used commercial vehicles and taxi drivers they know, usually their eastern European friends, therefore I was suspicious as this is a very complicated ongoing case. Please accept my apologies Airoort Connections.

I had actually left a positive review but have had to retract it due to my recent experience with Airport Connections. Now I say, AVOID like the Ebola!!

Flight’s at 6am so waiting for the shuttle service at 2:30 in the morning, they don’t even give you a contact number so if there’s any problem or accident, you’d still be waiting there. So the driver arrives late, and 15 minutes feel like a lot when you’re panicking because you’re already on a tight schedule. I am waiting in the main road to that he doesn’t have to search for the house number, however when the car arrives and I see the stickers and try to approach it, the driver deliberately DRIVES away with me chasing after it, and then simply disappears. So.. young girl standing on the road side at 2am, I think we all know what he thought. When he does come back I ask him why he didn’t stop and he says ‘I was looking for someone with suitcases’ and I say ‘what at 2:30 in the morning when I’m the only person here?’

The actual journey is downright traumatic. Don’t be trying to get any shut eye because Mr Airport Connections Driver is going to blast ‘Best hits from the 80s’ for the whole way while on his personal mission to overtake literally EVERY SINGLE CAR, to the point where a lorry driver, an lorry driver, honks him for about 5 minutes straight for cutting everyone off. Essentially Lewis Hamilton here made a 1h45 journey in about 1h 20. Everybody was white as a ghost when we got out of the car.

Airport Connection is unreliable, irresponsible and downright dangerous, choose ANY other service, pay a little more but pay for safety.

I have used this service a few times and they seemed okay to start with but have got worse. I don’t think they care for their customers. When booking over the phone for a recent pick-up from Gatwick, I made it clear that I needed a receipt so I could claim the £45 back from my employers. They assured me it would be with the driver. It wasn’t!! I phoned them a few times but they told me they do not issue receipts as it’s a budget service?!!! I feel I was misled into booking. Had I have known there would be no receipt, I would not have gone ahead with it and booked the coach or train instead where I would have had proof of purchase. Also, while booking, they told me I would be picked up straight away. I wasn’t! I waited around 2 1/2 hours before they arrived. I found the driver to be very rude and flippant. I have used this service to support a local initiative rather than a large corporation. Not any more. All I was asking for is a piece of paper which costs them nothing. I am very disappointed that they have not shown the same loyalty that I have shown them in the past.

Minibus arrived 5 minutes early, very clean comfortable seating. I was the only passenger so arrived at the airport early. Good service.
The only negative point was I was informed that a text would be sent confirming booking, this I never received but it wasn't needed.

Shambles - Viewed and booked a nice looking Mercedes mini bus for group transport to a family wedding. What turned up was a dirty old builders/spud van. It was filthy with no aircon and really embarrassing to turn up in. No explanation, no apology disgusting service. Never again.
