Working with Jordan Wood from Airfare Centre was such a pleasure especially from someone like me who is very picky and can change my mind. Jordan was patient, understanding, communicate well, very willing to help, responded quickly and accommodated all my requests. I promise you, if you contact Airfare Cantre ask for him, I am so so busy and my mode of communication is not like calling, chatting blah blah blah, I needed someone who was fast and understood my need, believe me he delivered. I am sure to use Airfare Centre, I bought three tickets to test them, so you can imagine how many ticket, for travel and vacation I will buy next. Thanks Jordan you are the man. Well done.

I am appalled by the lack of communication from this travel agent
I have called, emailed and even what's app this agent after spending £2500 on flights for our family holiday
I was promised by Nav that he would be in touch, who I believe runs this travel agent and is the owner.
I hope your staff don't follow your example Nav

it is very unfair with the already uncertainty about holidays during Covid 19
Be honest and fair to customers when you have been so very keen to take their money yet are not offering any advice, explanations or even reassurance.
I can assure you that we will never trust an online agent again.
Go to a shop save yourself the stress and worry as that's what this company have to offer you.
