I booked and paid for a ticket online and I received confirmation that my eticket will be emailed within 48 hours. Now it's 2400 hours later and I am still chasing my ticket. I hope there are no more surprises that would inconvenience my travel.

I have chased my eticket again and I have received a shocking service from one Neo Harper who has an Indian accent. Obviously this is a false name. It became a shouting match as I literally begged him to refund me. He is telling me that KLM says the tickets are no longer available. When I request a refund, he said KLM will refund in 4 weeks. How could KLM charge them for the tickets that are not available? I am actually shocked that these people are allowed to continue scamming innocent travellers. This is a small company jointly owned by Robin and Ankit. Positive reviews for this company are very suspicious. I am praying that I get a refund. Please stay away from these scammers.

Scam!. Don’t book.

Booked the flight ticket for £449.18. Received a call from Airbeas Travel the very next day and said that the airline increased the ticket price and I have to pay the difference of £340.82 (flight price increased from £449.18 to £790). I was extremely disappointed. I explained to them that I was initially going to use Sky scanner. The price for the ticket was reasonable there. But unfortunately I booked through Airbeas and now calling to say the price has doubled.

Spoke to customer service and requested for a refund. I was told that I would receive it in 6 - 7 weeks’ time which made me angry and frustrated. I then spoke to customer service manager Neo who stated that the refund will be in my account within 10-12 days. He said that he would send an email confirmation about the refund in few minutes after disconnecting the call. I was waiting for a day but didn’t receive any email from him. Called them the very next day and had to request again for an email to be sent. No apologies made. I received an email after few hours but without how much and how long it takes. I had to ask them to reply to my email again. They are not customer friendly and have lack of training.

Received a call from Jeff (payment department) who was rude asking me why was I sending email while the refund is already being processed. I explained to him that I was waiting for them to send me how much and how long it takes. I also said that they all need proper customer training. Whilst talking he got annoyed and disconnected the phone.

I called my bank many times and was on this case for the past 21 days. I am not joking. I have been booking flight tickets for the past 23 years from different Websites. But never had a problem. This is purely scam and cheating. Why? Their system should automatically update when the price increases by the airlines not calling the next day to say that the price has increased to double. They know some customers will agree to pay the difference to avoid any problems instead of cancelling.

I booked flights through Airbeas Travel on 12 August 2025, paid in full with secure authentication. After 24 hours, they called saying the airline was "holding" my ticket and the fare had increased, and asked if I could pay extra or change my dates. I refused, and they offered either rescheduling for a fee or a refund.

Initially, they claimed the refund would take up to 4 weeks, which is untrue - industry refunds are usually within 7-10 working days. Only after I challenged them did they confirm in writing that tickets were never issued and a refund would be processed in 7-10 days.

This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise a low fare, take payment, then claim it's unavailable and push for more money. I will not use them again and advise others to avoid. If you've been affected, contact your bank immediately to protect your funds.

I booked a trip form London to Mumbai with Airbeas travel Ltd. After a month later my booking was cancelled and refunded in full to my bank without any email/call stating the reason why.

I called and spoke to Jeff. He was not able to provide a satisfactory answer to the reason and informed that I called and cancelled the booking when this was not true at all. I asked to look into recordings but he kept overriding my question and kept insisting to book another flight. Although the company should offer at a similar price (originally £405) he offered a price of £555. Which was absolutely ridiculous. Very rude man and very poor customer support.

Never use this company.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Experience Ever

This was hands down the worst travel booking experience of my life. I recently booked a flight for my father-in-law to the USA. The price seemed great, and I was thrilled to have secured it for him. I even received a confirmation email stating that the payment had gone through.

Then, out of nowhere, I got a call from an agent telling me the flight was now "fully booked" and they couldn’t honor the reservation — after I had already paid and received confirmation. I was left scrambling, and in the end, I had to pay nearly three times the original fare just to get him on another flight.

The customer service throughout was appalling — disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. This company gave me false hope, took my money, and left me with an incredibly stressful, expensive mess to fix on my own.

Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever... Avoid at all cost

Booked 2 way Qatar airways ticket for 3 person from this agent in £2335.92 and received a booking confirmation and itenary details. Was waiting for the E-ticket instead I got a call next day from the same person telling me that the flight has been scheduled. I thought it was the time but no it was the whole airlines and also the date and we have to travelled through multiple airlines and also need to change 2 transits while returning The reason they gave me was fully booked because of high season and only 1 seat was confirmed under my name. So they have to booked another flight as I was travelling with baby and old man. After paying full amount and receiving booking confirmation how can they say such things. They are saying it's the airlines who cancelled my booking and they can't control it.. in the other side when icontact to Qatar airways they said no any booking has been made under my name or number that they provide me and also no any cancellation can be made without passengers permission. So they were just lying and giving me false hope. I paid such reasonable amount for Qatar airways for comfort and safety and not just to reach the destination. When I try to cancel my ticket they said it can't be cancelled and it can't be refund as well. I am still struggling and working on this issue. In the beginning they will be very nice but once you got problem then they will start to show the real face. The customer service is very poor.
If you don't want to face such kind of issues then avoid this agent.
