Shahram Responded to my request for a tradesmen promptly came round same day to take measurements and price, ordered the parts/materials and installed within one week. He actually contacted me this morning to confirm the parts had arrived and we were able to do the job same day today. Very happy customer.

We chose Affinity after reading the great reviews and so glad we did.. Shahram and John replaced windows at the front of our house, tiled, plastered our porch and fitted lovely porch doors. We have had a lot of compliments on our doors and windows from neighbours and they are still looking great 5 years on.

Shahram has been brilliant. Whenever we have had any problems (eg the porch doors were sticking in the summer heat), Shahram has been quick to respond, visiting the next day to sort it. Not many companies give that kind of service.

We will definitely been using Affinity Windows again and would highly recommend Shahram and his team to others

After getting multiple quotes for new windows and in some cases being given long high pressure sales pitches, I thought it would be the same when I called Affinity glass. It turned out I was completely and utterly wrong.

Shahram arrived and didn’t want to sell me an expensive solution, he instead spoke with me about the issues I was having with my patio door and upstairs window and devised a solution that suited us.

Shahram then returned at the agreed time and day to carry out the repair work and repaired the faults saving us at the very least £2k (the approximate replacement cost of the door and window). He says he has 40 years experience in the industry and it shows, cannot recommend him enough.

If you have a fault with a window or door, even if you think there it may not be able to be repaired, call Affinity glass, and you may be surprised to find that it can be fixed.

We were pretty sure we needed a whole new window after the handle snapped off and the hinges got so stiff we could barely close it. We gave Shahram a call around 5pm and he came round the very next day as promised, by 2:30pm.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite, genuine, and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the window in under 10 minutes with a new handle - no fuss, no upselling.

Anyone else might have told us we needed a full replacement window, but Shahram was honest and saved us time and money.

We would absolutely recommend Shahram & his team for any window, doors, and home improvement to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and down-to-earth service.
